American Indian is the award-winning membership magazine of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian. Featuring Indigenous arts and cultures, the quarterly magazine engages its readers with diverse articles about the fascinating and often-overlooked histories of Native nations and the contemporary lives of Indigenous peoples across the Western Hemisphere. 

We redesigned the publication in 2022 with a new look and feel that evokes elegance and tradition but feels firmly contemporary. Point Five continues to provide design and production services for each issue of the magazine.
